Patrick is a transplant originally from Chicago. He received his bachelor’s degree in biochemistry from California State University Long beach. He worked as a certified NASM personal trainer at 24-hour fitness where he fell in love with the human body. When Patrick realized he wanted to help his clients achieve a higher level of function he decided to pursue a doctorate in physical therapy. Since graduating and receiving his Physical Therapy degree from USC in 2017, Patrick has been practicing as an orthopedic physical therapist.
When he is not working with patients, he spends his free time outdoors with his puppy and his friends. Some of his favorite hobbies include hiking, swimming, running, and working out. He enjoys friendly competition, and you can find him competing in races such as the Spartan race, tough mudder, and marathons. He is currently training for his first triathlon.
